Using its coaching expertise, MetaSport has designed a 16 week written training plan to guide you step by step from mid May until race day.

The MetaMan Half Training Plan will start within a week of you registering for the plan.
It will end 31 August 2013.
You will first receive the training plan overview together with your first-week training plan via email. Subsequently you will receive your training plan each week up to the race.
We offer 3 levels of personalized written programs for the MetaMan Full distance.
Which includes feedback from our senior coach and detailed initial assessment to ensure it’s focused on your goals.

If you’re based in Singapore and would like to participate in our group training sessions the MetaSport Membership is very flexible and great value. Train 3 times per week and your coached training is less than $12 per session! Join for 3, 6 or 12 month. Weekly you may attend any of the 10 sessions.
